  • All custom upholstery and made-to-order items are final sale

  • Specifications must be confirmed before production

  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible

Clients are responsible for approving all design, fabric, and measurements before work starts.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in applicable currency and may change without notice

  • A deposit may be required before starting custom work

  • Full payment must be completed prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

 

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope

  • We ensure careful handling, but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Clients must ensure proper access for delivery

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Kilim products may be eligible for return within a specified period if unused and in original condition

  • Approved returns must be requested in writing

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

7. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship and aim to deliver quality products.
Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe for review.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered.
