3. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We ensure careful handling of all items

  • Customers must ensure proper access for delivery

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping or delivery fees may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.

 

5. Damaged Items

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

 

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, carriers, etc.).

WARRANTY POLICY

1. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our upholstery work is completed using proper materials and skilled techniques.

2. Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Structural workmanship issues

  • Defects related to our labor

 

3. Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fabric fading or damage due to misuse

  • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning

  • Third-party modifications

 

4. Kilim Products

Kilim items are handcrafted and may have natural variations. These are not considered defects.

 

5. Claims

Any warranty concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe with supporting details and images.

 

6. Resolution

We will assess the issue and determine whether repair, adjustment, or replacement is appropriate.
